Sweet temptation

You were looking forward to it, weren’t you? Get to work and this delight can be yours.

Leaving out products of animal origin and gluten implies turning your back on some of the sweets you like the most. Sometimes you can find similar ultra-processed products, although the nutritional contribution leaves a lot to be desired.

It is for this reason that we have for you the definitive recipe, the brownie of brownies. Do you want to try it? In advance, we warn you that it is not especially sweet, since we avoid adding sugar in our recipes.

If you prefer it sweeter, we leave in your hand the possibility of adding some type of sweetener. In this case, we suggest that each time you prepare this brownie, you decrease the amount of refined sugar a little: your body will thank you.

Without further ado, here you are, are you ready?

  • 9 tablespoons of water
  • 1 teaspoon of pure cocoa powder

Let them soak 5 minutes until they resemble egg white

  3. Mix the soaked seeds with flour, yeast, cocoa and cinnamon

    Beat well
