Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 mango
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp protein
  • 1 cup of non dairy milk

Optional toppings

You can make this perfect smoothie by sprinkling some delicious cocoa nibs on top when serving.

The simplest preparation

  1. Peel the mango and remove the stone. Add it in pieces to the mixer

  2. Take the core from the apples. Make sure all seeds are removed

  3. Peel the bananas and put in a blender glass

  4. Add hemp protein and milk

  5. Blend everything for 1 minute, make sure there are no lumps
